Russell Evans wrote: Thinking about this whole topic reminded me of Tom Peters' book 'A Passion for Excellence'. I first read this book in about 1992 and it really reaffirmed what I had worked out for myself: That people work best when they are doing things they are good at, things they enjoy and they do them within a framework that allows and encourages them to thrive.  Still a great read after all these years.
