Talent liberation is about helping people do three things:
recognise, value, develop and use their own talents and in doing so lead fulfilling lives which add value to themselves and others
recognise talents in others and encourage them to value, develop and use them in the same way
create organisations where prime performance can be achieved by recognising, valuing, developing and using the unique talents of all their people in the delivery of their objectives
